Check your order before you leave! They forgot part of my order so I had to drive all the way back and they had the nerve to tell me they couldn't give me any extra white sauce without charging me! And it was a $75 order! That's the last time I ever go here!

Very nice restaurant to go to for a quick bite to eat. Nice selection of sushi. I enjoy getting the crazy crab roll. Very delicious!

Take a LOOK behind the desk where the "register" is, which is behind the hostess stand, it's an indication of what their kitchen looks like... RUN!!!! The frame that the health score is in, it's hidden behind another "picture" at the "register" area! Look also in the window where they cook, gunk around the window, look around behind them, it's all FILTHY! I'll be notifying the health department Monday morning! Grave concerns for the public's food safety! I've never seen such filthy conditions out in the open like this!!

Found this place at the cusp of the COVID-19 because I was tired of the regular home food, and they were open and servings curbside delivery. And the food is absolutely fresh and awesome. Have eaten there 4 times after that occasion and absolutely never had a hiccup, always include the sauce, you don't have to ask for anything..just really good food.

Our favorite sushi place. Love the dynamite roll and steak hibachi. Spring rolls are delish. Always a pleasant dining experience.

Ordered "box" meal, took 30 minutes to prepare. Total over $15. Drive-up delivery. The meal was exceptional; Compartment box had meat, salad, tempura, sushi, even small portions of wasabi & ginger, with a side box of fried rice. A full & filling meal!

Steak bowls is some of the best I've had.

Have been coming here since I was 16. Now at 28 I can say that this place has been consistently good and affordable for YEARS.

The food alone is enough to give 5 stars ! But the service is just as amazing. One of my favorite Japanese spots in Augusta. Cheap prices , large portions, great quality. Love this place!!!

I ordered chicken terriyaki box and gyoza. It was pretty good and the price was good too. It surprised me. I would definitely go back as it the food tasted good and the customer service was good too. For the food taste and the price along with customer service, I am giving a hard 5. I loved that cucumber salad, loved the flavor and taste of it.Hope it does improve the food quality just a little bit more.

The service has been awful especially a particular young server that has been doing curbside. Brought 2 different orders out with the wrong name and even though i has been sitting for almost 20 minutes proceeds to bring other orders out. This was a call ahead order so it’s not like I just ordered and had to wait. Very disappointed

Two vegetarian options and stir fried vegetables available. They deliver, so that convenient. Our food was out so fast.

Great sushi and atmosphere! Friendly staff and fast service. Their website has some issues so hard to pull up a menu and pictures if you are trying to do takeout. One of the better sushi rollers I've seen, great proportions of internal components to rice and even cuts down the role. Plus they didnt fall apart as I ate them, as I've seen from other sushi restaurants.

I ordered delivery from here and got a California roll, and chicken tempura. The food was very delicious, and everything was fresh. The sushi was a little disportionate (the center), but overall still my favorite dish. I will definitely order from here, as well as stop by again.

This place has good food, but the staff here is slow. They take forever to bring out your salad and when they do bring it out there is barely any dressing on the salad. Then next is your food, which is always super greasy and never looks appetizing. It takes forever for a refill, but the food once you get past how it looks is good. It would have a higher rating if the staff was better to match their food.

ABSOLUTELY terrible. (i posted pictures of it on their Facebook page to show proof.) I’ve never been so grossed out or angered by a place to post a review. they didn’t put my sushi roll together correctly, it was falling apart and looked disgusting. we called and the workers were so rude to us and wouldn’t let us talk, interrupted us, and when we told her the problem, she kept talking about something that we weren’t even talking about?? terrible customer service and terrible food, i was so grossed out i was gagging when i tried to eat it. disgusting, don’t eat here.

We’ve ordered from here twice and both times were amazing! I’m real picky when it comes to hibachi but this place is definitely my favorite!!

My fiance and I got 2 rolls of sushi. Both rolls looked absolutely unpresentable with the roll having the seaweed either crumpled up or having patches of missing rice around the roll. Furthermore when we called the restaurant just to let them know what was wrong with the food we were treated very poorly with us receiving a huge attitude from the lady who answered. Terrible shushi place amd terrible customer service do not go

Chicken wasn't white meat like it use to be, broke my tooth on a chicken bone and didnt even get an apology. My father-in-law and I got sick from the sushi.

Went for a Christmas party. The food was great and the wait staff was awesome!! Price not too bad either. Definitely a place I would frequent if I lived closer!

Absolutely love their crazy crab roll! The only suggestion I'd make is for the oil to be drained from the roll a little more before it's packaged. Other than that, so delicious and visually satisfying.Came here with a group, there were six of us total. The place wasn't super busy and we were seated right away. Another group of six sat down next to us a little after we did.

Kyoto on Belair Rd. is ok. My husband likes the food. I am not a fan , but to be fair I only get the bland tempura shrimp. My husband gets the chicken and shrimp combo which is quite generous. They also have lunch prices until 2:30pm. If you like the Japanese food at the mall food court , my husband says it's much better and you get soup or salad. The price for the chicken and shrimp combo is about $9.00 for lunch and $13.00 during dinner.They also have kid portions which are also generous. Kyotos also has a nice clean dining area.

We enjoyed our last visit enough to come back... Only to be disappointed by the poor quality of the food. The "bundle" box offers a variety of Japanese tasts , when we'll prepared. The tempura was a thick doughy unseasoned batter over under cooked unseasoned veggies. The chicken was so sweet I couldn't eat it, the rice was seasoned, but not pleasant way not was it sticky enough to eat with chopsticks.(I didn't say anything to the staff / or waitress - I am sure they know what they are serving) Our waitress was a pro; sweet attentive, on point with the presentation of the foods and drinks. This place is a gamble.

OMG!!! Recently moved here from FL and was looking for a good Japanese restaurant and this place is WAYYYYYY better than the FL Japanese restaurant I would go to. I want to eat here every single day!! Hahaha. So so good!!

Nice when u find a good sushi place not too far from the hotel. Good rolls and sashimi. Very nice that they complemented the dinner with free soup and cucumber salad, a nice touch. The place was busy so the locals must like it too.

Great shrimp and steak, wonderful place for family, friends, or any type of gathering. Service is friendly and pleasant, patient to explain answers to questions, comfortable atmosphere. Overall great place for a great meal close to home with good parking arrangement. Wonderful menu selections.

Friendly service! We have been after church several times and the wait staff is super nice and accommodating! It is not a huge location so it can get a little cramped in there! The food and prices are worth it though! The entrees are more than enough for one person and normally I have leftovers to take home!

First time trying and it was better than I expected. I’m surprised I’ve never heard of them. I love Japanese food. Order was delivered cold through Postmates but that could be on them. Food was delicious.

As far as quality I have had better Japanese style food. I did enjoy the seafood udon soup. The sushi I recieved was a little above room temperature so I was not comfortable eating that. The family back home seems to enjoy it but I have found better places here in Charleston. If you want to try it out for your self, the prices aren't that bad and the selection is good.

This was our first time dining here. The environment was great. Everything was cooked fresh. I had the Chicken Yakisoba and a side of Filet Mignon. My wife had the Hibachi special with chicken and steak. Over all the food was delicious. The Yakisoba was Americanized. It was very different than I remember from Okinawa. It is a cozy place. You can go here with a wheelchair, but I would call ahead to let them know so they could have a place ready for you. The bathroom would be a little difficult, but not impossible. You could get a vegan meal here as well.

The steak was not done all the way called back up there was told to save the steak meat n they will only replace that I paid 17 bucks for my food and this the response I get never again will I come here

Food- excellent, service - excellent, prices - very reasonable, company- outstanding!

My family loves this place. My 9 yr old loves teriyaki wings and teriyaki chicken and fried rice. She even eats her veggies. My husband loves the ribiye and shrimp with fried rice. I like the sushi and combination plates.
